Atelier Gisel ships within Italy and Europe from its warehouse located in Italy (EU).
How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?
Your order will be shipped only after confirmation of payment and delivery details.
Delivery times are estimated at 3–5 business days.
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery, as we are unable to deliver items without a signature upon receipt.
You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account.
Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates only, and we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays.
Standard Shipping | Reducing Environmental Impact
All our deliveries are made using standard shipping methods. This choice helps reduce environmental impact and CO₂ emissions. Opting for non-expedited shipping is a concrete way to limit carbon footprint and adopt more sustainable practices.

The shipping cost will be displayed directly at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
Shipping is free for all orders over €500.

Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses?
If your order includes gifts or items that need to be shipped to multiple destinations, you must place a separate order for each delivery address.
What does the standard shipping packaging look like?
Each item is shipped in a natural cardboard Atelier Gisel box, designed to protect the product while minimizing waste. A simple and environmentally conscious choice.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else?
Yes, all items can be purchased and sent as gifts. Each product is packaged in standard Atelier Gisel packaging and closed with a personalized ribbon.
The invoice or price will not be included in the package.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that you provide a correct shipping address when placing your order.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage until delivery to the specified address. Insurance coverage ends once the delivery receipt has been signed.
If the box appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing the delivery or reporting the damage at the time of signing.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. We cannot authorize deliveries without a signature. Please ensure that you are available to sign or that a trusted person can do so on your behalf.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping details and tracking number. You will be able to track your shipment at any time by logging into your profile and selecting the relevant order.
What duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All orders shipped within the European Union include VAT.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties in the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes separately.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable through Atelier Gisel.
